Rhino Dumpster Services is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, clean dumpsters, and prompt, reliable delivery. We offer affordable solutions, especially for those who don't need a full-sized commercial construction dumpster, making us ideal for DIY projects, remodeling, decluttering, and more.

What size dumpsters do you currently have available?

We currently offer a 16-yard dumpster, which has dimensions of 16' L x 6’11” W x 4' H. We also plan on getting some 10-yard sizes in the near future.,

What is the starting price and rental period for your available 16-yard dumpster?

The 16-yard dumpster starts at $350 for a rental period of up to 3 days. This price includes 2 tons of weight.

How do I rent a dumpster from Rhino Dumpster Services?

You can rent a dumpster by:

Calling us: We'll help you find the right size, provide a quote, and schedule your rental. You can also order online via our website.

Preparing for delivery: Ensure the drop-off area is clear for our professionals.

Filling the dumpster: Load your acceptable waste. If unsure about an item, please call us.

Scheduling pickup: Call us when you're done, and we'll pick it up and clean the space.

How long can I keep the dumpster? What if I need it longer?

The standard rental for a 16-yard dumpster is up to 5 days. If you need it longer, additional days can be added for $20 per day. Please let us know a day or two before your scheduled pick-up if you need an extension.

What happens if my dumpster load exceeds the included weight limit?

For the 16-yard dumpster, 2 tons of weight are included. If your load exceeds this, there is an additional charge of $75 per ton, which is pro-rated. The maximum weight limit for all our dumpsters is 4 tons (8000 pounds).

Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?

While it's often helpful for you to be there for delivery to ensure correct placement, it's not always required as long as the drop-off area is clearly marked and accessible. For pickup, ensure the dumpster is accessible and not blocked.

What if I need to move the dumpster after it's been placed?

If you require the dumpster to be moved after the initial placement, a $75 dumpster relocation fee will be charged.

What if Rhino Dumpster Services cannot access the dumpster for pickup on the scheduled day?

You must provide unobstructed access to the dumpster on the pickup day. If we are unable to retrieve the dumpster due to blockage or impediment, a dry run charge, ranging from $75 to $200, may apply.

Waste & Prohibited Items

What are some common items I absolutely CANNOT put in the dumpster?

You cannot dispose of hazardous materials (like paints, chemicals, oil, asbestos), electronics (like old tube TVs, computers), items with Freon (refrigerators, ACs), batteries, flammable/explosive materials, or medical waste. Heavy debris like dirt, rock, and concrete are also prohibited. For a complete list please ensure you have read and understood the Terms of Lease.

Are there extra fees for certain items like mattresses or tires?

Yes, mattresses will incur an extra fee of $80.00. Tires will incur a $10.00 fee per tire, and tires should be left next to the dumpster, not inside it.

Can I put shingles in the 16-yard dumpster?

Yes, shingles are permitted in 10-yard and 16-yard dumpsters (note: 10-yard is currently listed as unavailable). There is a lower max fill line for shingles due to weight. For shingles, pricing starts at $350 for up to 10 squares (1 layer thick) for 3 days. Please contact us for detailed pricing on larger shingle jobs.

What happens if I put prohibited items in the dumpster?

You are fully responsible for the contents. If prohibited items are found, you will be responsible for all associated costs, fines, penalties, or other actions, which may include cleanup, monitoring, legal fees, and charges for returning the materials to you.

What areas do you serve in East Texas?

We serve many locations, including Dangerfield, Diana, Gilmer, Gladewater, Hallsville, Henderson, Kilgore, Liberty City, Lindale, Lonestar, Longview, Marshall, Ore City, Tatum, and White Oak.

What if my project is outside your listed service areas?

If your project site is beyond our primary service radius, please let us know. We often deliver farther out, and special accommodations can usually be made.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a $15 discount on any size dumpster rental for active Law Enforcement, First Responders, Military personnel, and Military Veterans. You'll need to provide valid ID, certification, or a DD214 document to qualify. This is limited to one discount per order on regularly priced dumpsters.

Property & Safety

Will the dumpster damage my driveway or property?

You are responsible for ensuring the location provided for the dumpster can bear its weight and size. While Rhino Dumpster Services will make every effort to prevent property damage, we are not responsible for damage to pavement, road surfaces, lawns, fences, shrubbery, septic systems, or private wells. We reserve the right to refuse placement if we believe damage may occur or if there's a safety concern.

How full can I load the dumpster?

Debris must NOT extend above the top rim of the dumpster. The tarp must be able to roll completely over the top without obstruction. Overfilled containers will require you to off-load excess material, and a dry run charge could apply if we cannot pick it up.

Important Terms

Who is responsible for obtaining permits if needed?

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, and paying any associated fees, especially if the dumpster is to be placed on a public street or right-of-way.

What are the payment terms?

Payment must be made in advance on a per-dumpster basis prior to delivery. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late fees (minimum $100) will be assessed on payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date.
